How to submit a warranty claim

CHEKLIST
Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have check the following items:
1. Date of purchase is within the 90 days Warranty Period
2. Copy of receipt or proof of purchase
3. Videos or pictures to show product issues clearly
4. Provide shipping address and phone number where you can be reached.
SHIPPING FEE
If your item is covered under warranty, the shipping cost of the replacement will be covered .
If your item is not covered under warranty, you will be responsible for any costs associated with a return or replacement.
DISCLAIMER
Some items may not be eligible for service due to misuse, damage, or other failures caused other than by manufacturer defects or premature failure. Nevoks warranty service center reserves the right to deny any warranty service.
